Q. What areas do you service?
A. Midvale, North Salt Lake, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Murray, Taylorsville, West Valley, Highland, South Salt Lake, and Avenues. Don't see your area listed? Ask us!
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes we are! We have full coverage and bonding through Pet Sitters Associates. We bring a copy of insurance to every meet and greet for your peace of mind.
Q. What are your credentials?
A. We have over 7 years of professional pet care and veterinary care experience. From doggy daycare's to vet clinics, we've been around the block!
Q. Will you walk my dog with other dogs?
A. We will not walk your dog with other dogs without prior authorization or consent from you!
Q. If you sit my dog at my house will you bring other dogs with you?
A. We will not bring other dogs into your home. period.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Cash / Check / Credit/ Debit/ Paypal
Q: How many times will you come by the house for overnight care?
A: Our pet sitters will provide a check in visit mid day with overnight care. Every additional check in will result in full price charges.
Q. How long have you been an established business?
A. Dog Lovers Pet Services became official in August of 2015. We are fairly new with backed-up experience!
Q. When do I need to pay for your services?
A. We require payment before any services are rendered. Failure to do so will result in no services.
Q. Will you keep us updated while we are away?
A. During our stay, we will send daily updates with photos and descriptions of how your pet is doing! We may do this by text or email.
Q. Will you give my dog treats?
A. We will only give your dog treats if they are provided by you. We make sure to keep your dog safe without feeding them unfamiliar ingredients that their system is not used to.
Q. Is there a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. Cancellations must be received 24 hours for walks/ check-ins and 48 hours for overnight care. We reserve the right to deny service because of safety concerns, financial concerns or inappropriate situations.
